Monica is the Bard-CEU Program Manager, based in Budapest. Monica earned her bachelor's degree at Bucharest University, and had a research scholarship at the University of Toronto before earning her PhD in Philosophy at Central European University in 2010. Before coming to CEU, she worked as a journalist for various Romanian magazines and newspapers, as well as a translator and editor for some of the major Romanian publishing houses. In Budapest, she taught at the CEU Business School. She is a Member of Budapest Mind Society, and of the European Society for the Analytic Philosophy. Contact information at CEU:

Jen is the Associate Director at the Institute for International Liberal Education at Bard College, where she recruits students for the Bard-CEU and Bard in Berlin programs, and manages a scholarship program for visiting international students. Jen earned her BA in English at Rutgers and MS Ed at Baruch College. She held administrative positions at SUNY Ulster, Bard Center for Environmental Policy, School of Visual Arts, and Hunter College. Jen began her career in international higher education at the University of Pecs in Hungary as an English teacher.
Elysia is the Program Assistant for the Bard-CEU and Bard in Berlin programs at the Institute for International Liberal Education. She received her B.A. from Bard College in 2010 in Spanish Language and Literature and Latin American & Iberian Studies. At Bard College, Elysia was a member of the Cross Country team and worked as a peer counselor for Residence Life. She was a recipient of the 2010 Davis Projects for Peace Award, for her project “Listening, Education, and Action in Chacraseca, Nicaragua". Elysia moved to Berlin, Germany after graduation where she lived, worked, and learned German for a year. She has visited Budapest and looks forward to working with the Bard-CEU students.
