How to Apply

The CEU program works on the basis of rolling admissions. Primary consideration is given to students who apply before April 15 for the Fall semester (Sept-Dec), and November 1 for the Spring semester (Jan-Jun). PLEASE DO NOT MAIL YOUR APPLICATIONS TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE APPLICATION FORMS. INSTEAD, PLEASE SEND YOUR MATERIALS TO THE BELOW ADDRESS.

Application Forms

The applications below are PDF*s. These forms are formatted so that the applicants may save the files to their hard drives, then fill them out electronically and e-mail back as an attachment to ceu@bard.edu. Alternatively, applicants may print out the PDF files, fill them out and mail them to the ADDRESS BELOW , not the address provided for on the application forms!

The following forms need to be filled out by persons other than the applicant. The applicant should download these forms and forward them to the appropriate parties. These parties may complete the form(s) and email them to ceu@bard.edu. Alternatively, the parties may print the forms, fill them out, and mail them to the address below.

NOTE: For authenticity purposes, only documents send from institutional e-mail accounts will be accepted. For example if the recommendation form is filled out by the applicant's advisor, it must be sent from the advisor's institutional e-mail account in order to be considered valid.
